A WILD only changes the combinations it participates in

WILD symbols on reels two to four carry x2 or x3. When several participate in the same winning combination, their values add. Follow the highlighted winning line or combination when the game resolves a result. A multiplier on a WILD elsewhere on the board does not automatically boost an unrelated payout. The same WILD can contribute to several valid combinations, which is why the final spin total can include multiple amounts.

What survives between free spins

Three bonus symbols open nine to 27 free spins, during which multiplier WILD symbols stay at their positions. Retained WILD symbols are useful positions for subsequent combinations, rather than prepaid cash amounts. A new ordinary symbol payout is still needed to explain the result. The location of a retained WILD can matter as much as its multiplier value.
