ABOUT THE GAME

Mining Rush develops sticky nuggets through paying cascade sequences. A bonus symbol on a non-paying screen and one that becomes a nugget are different states.

The worked examples explain the payout calculation using virtual credits.

A paying cascade activates the nugget

The 7x7 board pays connected clusters of five or more matching symbols. If a dynamite bonus symbol is present with a winning combination, it becomes a bronze, silver, gold or diamond nugget. It remains during the cascade sequence and can award values from its category.

Three awards can upgrade the material

Each time the nugget pays, it collects a point. Three points upgrade its type unless it is already diamond. The point meter therefore counts award events, not simply the number of spins elapsed. A developed material does not mean a particular cash amount has already been guaranteed.

The bonus extends the lifetime

Three to seven bonus symbols give eight to twenty spins. Triggering symbols become nuggets that remain for the whole feature. Further bonus symbols with paying cascades can create additional sticky nuggets and add two spins. Those extra spins and the new nugget are separate effects of the event.

Read the active mines instead of the background

Follow each nugget's material and points before the next cascade. Several mines can develop at different rates, so the highest-level one should not be assigned to every other position. Against Sugar Rush, the progression is a paying nugget category, rather than a multiplier cell that simply doubles.
